Spring Fling
Marketing Campaign - Spring 2025




What was the purpose of the project?
Spring Fling is an annual week of signature events that culminates in Georgia State's Spring Carnival. While there were additional smaller-scale events also going on, the main focus of this campaign was to generate excitement and ticket purchases for the three flagship events: Spring Concert, Greek Showcase and Spring Carnival.
What did the project consist of?
My team and I created over 90 deliverables centered around the three flagship events. We had to coordinate with our headliner Sexyy Red, several campus departments, and a variety of off-campus community partners. We created lots of marketing materials, orchestrated social media giveaways, and managed all operational communications.
What was the outcome of the project?
The Greek Showcase was cancelled due to outside logistic issues, however, we still surpassed our goal of over 6000 student attendees with just the Spring Concert and Spring Carnival. We got exceptional feedback from students and their families and we have begun planning an even larger Spring Fling for the upcoming school year.
